Day 1 of My 6-Month Transformation

Let me be real with you: I didn’t just wake up one morning and decide to transform my life overnight. I started planting the seeds back in January— moving my body, eating better, tuning into my spirit. But now? Now it’s go time.

May marks the beginning of my 6-month transformation journey — a personal commitment to come home to myself more boldly, consistently, and unapologetically.

This isn’t a crash course in reinvention. It’s a soft, strong return to who I’ve always been.

✨ The Glow-Up Game Plan (May–October)

This transformation isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about confidence, energy, joy, and alignment. I mapped out 9 areas I want to elevate over these next six months:

  • Move my body 4–5 times a week

  • Eat whole foods 80% of the time

  • Get a stylist

  • Upgrade my lingerie drawer

  • Take a burlesque, belly dancing, or pole dancing class

  • Do a boudoir photoshoot

  • Practice meditation, affirmations, and gratitude

  • Find a hobby that lights me up

  • Use my voice and speak up more

🌿 What I’ve Already Activated

I’ve already laid a strong foundation, and now I’m building from it.

I’ve been going to OrangeTheory since January, averaging 3–4 workouts a week — and starting now, I’m stepping that up to my full goal of 4–5. Movement is medicine, and I’ve learned that showing up for my body is one of the most powerful things I can do for my mind, too.

I’m also getting serious about how I nourish myself. This weekend I’m hitting Sprouts to stock up on fresh produce and prep meals that reflect the energy I want to bring into my life. Whole foods, whole energy.

When it comes to mindfulness, I’ve been consistently meditating, reciting affirmations, and gratitude journaling. It’s not every single day yet, but it’s a major upgrade from “every few weeks” to “every few days” — and that is progress.

And let’s not forget using my voice — something I’ve been consciously practicing more and more. Whether it’s advocating for myself, setting boundaries, or just being more vocal about my needs, I’m showing up with clarity and courage.

🔥 The Plan from Here

I’m not trying to tackle all nine goals at once. My focus this month is to continue building momentum with the four practices I’ve already activated:

  • Keep my workouts at 4–5 times a week

  • Commit to eating whole, nourishing foods 80% of the time

  • Stay grounded in my meditation and affirmation rituals

  • Speak up — even when it feels uncomfortable

These aren’t just goals — they’re habits I’m embodying. I’ll reassess in a few weeks and see what wants to come forward next. Maybe it’ll be time to shake something loose in a burlesque class. 😉

💫 Final Thoughts

This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about choosing myself — daily.

I’m not in a rush. I’m not hustling for a glow-up. I’m honoring the woman I already am by making room for the woman I’m becoming.

So here’s to a journey rooted in grace, intention, and joy. I’m ready. Let’s go.

With love and wholeness,
