The Resort

Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa, nestled in the serene foothills of Tucson's Santa Catalina Mountains, offers a transformative wellness experience.

As the host venue for the EDEN REtreat from April 9–12, 2026, this award-winning, all-inclusive resort provides an ideal setting for rest, renewal, and reconnection.

Life in Balance Spa

The resort's 30,000-square-foot Life in Balance Spa is a sanctuary for holistic healing. Guests can indulge in exclusive treatments such as the Vasudhara, a water-based Thai massage, and the Sonoran Monsoon body ritual, inspired by desert rains. Additional offerings include Ayurvedic therapies, energy work, and signature facials. The spa features steam rooms, saunas, relaxation lounges, and an outdoor pool, all designed to promote tranquility.

Immersive Wellness Activities

Miraval's extensive daily schedule includes:

Miraval is a gratuity-free environment. To encourage mindfulness, personal electronic devices are restricted to designated areas.

    Your Resorts Villages Room includes Miraval’s signature cloud-like bedding, in-room meditation channels, Tibetan Singing Bowl & meditation cushion, Zents Bath Collection, hairdryer, complimentary high-speed wi-fi, 37” LCD TV, in-room safe, iron & ironing board, filtered water carafe, single-cup coffee maker, plush cotton bathrobes and slippers, and mini fridge.

  • The Retreats (Solace Room)

    In addition to the amenities of the Resort Villages room, your Retreats Solace Room includes a seating area with built-in desk, private outdoor spacious patio with hot tub and outdoor fire feature, an indoor-to-outdoor shower with double sinks and spa bath with freestanding soaking tub.
